Mindful Hiking


Berkshire County, Massachusetts

It is with gratitude and humility that we acknowledge that we are learning, speaking and gathering on the ancestral homelands of the Stockbridge-Munsee Band of Mohicans.

More than just a hike, it's a practice

A guided hike can become a powerful mindfulness practice when we deepen our present moment awareness through our sensory connection to the land. Through this practice of presencing and noticing, we find relaxation and rejuvenation, and expand our capacity for resilience as modeled by the continuously adapting natural landscapes.

Adventurous Awareness:
The Power of Play

Find greater calm, clarity, and connection by leaning into your sense of adventure! In this playful, engaging, activity-based workshop participants will explore play as a wellness practice and gain deeper self-awareness along with accessible tools for resilience and self-regulation.

RISE™: Kripalu's Evidence-based Stress resilience training

Rooted in Kripalu’s deep legacy of wellness practices and grounded in more than a decade of research and tested application, the RISE™ program provides a pathway to understanding the stress response paired with tools and practices that empower a more skillful, centered approach.

  • Intro session: 90 - 120 minutes

  • Full program: 6 - 8 hours

  • Combination: RISE + Team Connection

Through accessible practices of meditation, breath, and gentle movement, learn how to:

  • Change the brain, making it easier to pay attention and stay calm

  • Build positivity, productivity, and mental clarity

  • Improve stress resilience in the moment and over time.

  • Finish the program more mindful and with experiences you can easily apply to your life.

Join Lisa at Kripalu


Kripalu R&R

R&R is Kripalu's self-guided Retreat & Renewal experience located in Stockbridge, Massachusetts.Lisa has been a part of the R&R faculty at Kripalu since 2022, when she joined the outdoor team. Since then, she has become certified in teaching RISE™: Kripalu's Evidence-based Stress resilience training, and added her own Adventure-based Awareness workshop to the R&R schedule. She also offers resilience and integration coaching for participants who want ongoing support in applying their learning into personal and professional life.

Yoga Summer Camp

Embrace your inner child and make new friends while in the restful luxury of a retreat center at this Summer Camp for Adults. Over the past decade her work has been increasingly guided by her study and practice of yoga, presence, and mindfulness, and continues to be shaped by her ongoing learning in the field of human growth and development.Lisa's vision is to contribute to creating a more connected, empowered, and self-aware society amidst the constantly changing landscapes we live in.
